What is the cost?

Standard Delivery is FREE for all UK mainland orders over £30 in value.

For orders under £30, UK Standard delivery costs just 96p (which is below cost price).

An Express Delivery service is available for urgent orders, however it is expensive! Express Delivery is charged at £6.95.

 

How long will delivery take?

Standard Delivery- Within 3 days via Royal Mail* (We dispatch orders Monday-Friday)

*Royal Mail aims to deliver 94% of all first class mail the next working day. However, it is not possible to guarantee this so your order may take a day or two more (or even longer at busy holiday periods) to arrive after it has been dispatched.

Express Delivery- Next Day Delivery (on orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

For our Express Delivery service, orders are dispatched same day (if ordered by 1pm) via Royal Mail’s Special delivery service or by FedEx courier service.

Please remember that for the Express Delivery service, a signature will be required when your delivery arrives.

What is the cost?

Standard delivery is £3.95.

How long will delivery take?

Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail which typically takes 4-10 days to be delivered after your order has been dispatched. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.

Please note that if an item is not in stock there may be a delay in dispatching your order. We will advise you of this as soon as possible by email.

 

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

It’s really easy to send a gift directly to someone. Simply provide an alternative name and delivery address when you reach the Checkout. We can even gift wrap it for you. This ‘Gift Wrap’ option can be selected at Checkout stage. There’s space to add a personal Gift Message. Our gift wrap service is charged at £2.50.

Of course we don’t include any price details- you will receive and electronic receipt along with your Dispatch Notification email.

Please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to avoid disappointment, and double check that the delivery address you provide is correct since we cannot be liable for goods not being delivered in these circumstances.

Non-Faulty Goods

 

If you are unhappy with something you have ordered from us for any reason please return the product unused, unworn, in original saleable condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Just print out and complete the ‘Returns Form’ and enclose it along with the product in a secure box or appropriate packet. The return address can be found on the ‘Returns Form’.

 

All you pay for is the postage cost of returning the goods. For expensive items we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing in the post. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

 

Faulty Goods

 

If you have received a product that is faulty then you have 30 days after receipt of the product to return it to us. Any items damaged in transit must be reported to us via email (sales@UnitedOddsocks.com) before 3pm the next working day following delivery.

 

Please download the ‘Returns Formhere.

 

Just print out and complete the ‘Returns Form’. Please make sure you indicate on the relevant section of the form whether you wish to receive a refund or a replacement product.

 

Please pack up the faulty product, along with the ‘Returns Form’ and send it back to us at United Oddsocks. The return address can be found on the ‘Returns Form’.

 

On receipt of the faulty product we will reimburse you the cost of sending the product back to us (Royal Mail 1st Class Service).

 

Refunds

 

On receipt of the returned good we shall confirm with you that we have received the item. We aim to issue refunds within 10 days after receipt of the goods. The cost of your order will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds can take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.

 

Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by calling +44 (0) 1525 863902 or by emailing sales@UnitedOddsocks.com. If your goods have been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items to us.
