We use 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure that all sensitive information including name, address and credit card details are safe from interception.  You will know exactly when we are using 128 bit SSL encryption by observing that during the “Checkout” process our web address is proceeded by “https” to indicate that secure encryption is active. What happens to your personal information once submitted

United Oddsocks processes credit card payments in real time by SagePay, an industry approved transaction handler. As soon as payment has been taken, your card number is deleted from our system. We do retain details such as your name and address in order to fulfil your order and also so that we can respond efficiently to any customer service enquiries you may have.
